			<description>Recently versions of the Sober worm virus have been claiming to be e-mails from either the FBI or the CIA.  These versions of the worm state that the FBI has logged the recipients IP address on several illegal websites and that in order to comply with investigations the recipient is to download and run a .zip file.  Of course these e-mails are not from the FBI or CIA and the .zip file is a virus which ruins your computer and searches it for more e-mail addresses it can send itself to.  

While several of the most recent versions of the worm claim to be from the FBI or CIA it is only a matter of time before it changes as people get wise to the current wording.  Below is a list of best practices to follow in order to avoid this and future e-mail viruses and scams</description>
